Getting ready for holiday entertaining?
Need help in knowing just where to put what when setting the table?
I love the idea of the above placement, with everything spelled out.
And below, guides for informal or formal table settings...just in case your mother didn't teach you!

I love this and as someone who entertains for a living, I am amazed how many people don't know how to set a table!
ReplyDeleteGreat to see a blog that has great content, and actually makes some sense. Anyway, great write ups and keep on posting.
ReplyDeleteIf you have time, u can visit my bookmarked wholesale tablecloths store I stumbled recently - yourchaircovers.com and e-mail on what you think about this site. Thanks!
I am a career and tech instructor for a culinary program and I would really love to know where you got the actual placemat. It would make my life so much easier . . . I could make my own but I do hate to replicate the wheel . . .
ReplyDeletePlease advise.
Meg - You could have your students each bring in their own white placemat and a Black Sharpie marker. You provide the diagrams, printed on cheap white paper. (20lb should work)
ReplyDeleteWhile you are lecturing, they can trace the diagrams... I'll bet their busy hands will keep their ears open during your lecture!
This type of activity works with my homeschoolers - Have fun with it, and let them do the work!
There are some fascinating time limits on this article however I don’t know if I see all of them center to heart. There may be some validity but I'll take hold opinion till I look into it further. Good article , thanks and we wish more! Added to FeedBurner as properly casino online
