Just look at this foyer update by Carmel of Our Fifth House.
She painted a small portion of the wall area in the entry with magnetic primer and chalkboard paint...
...and added a mix of letters and chalk. Adore!

I had that saying painted on my mailbox for years. When my kids left home, it didn't seem necessary any more!
